"Michael Lawrence Soto I got an email from a supposedly good agent with a quote for auto insurance whinch was over $100.00 Less than what I was paying on a policy that I got about 2 wks earlier. So I called to first find out how they got my info and secondly to see if the numbers were accurate. First I’ll start by saying when I called it was very chaotic from the start, the individual who answered was confused On many levels, it was like pulling teeth just trying to get straight answers. After becoming frustrated I requested a call back and they agreeded, of course they never called back and after waiting well past the agreed upon time I ended up calling them. I finally got someone on the phone who sounded like a professional, they went over everything to my satisfaction and took a first payment and then explained that I was covered, this was done on 12/3. On 12/13 we brought a new vehicle and needed to add it to our policy, now let me add that when I tried to open the email that I received the next day (12-04)which stated it included policy docs and cards all it allowed me to do was apply for a quote. So I investigated all options available to try to get policy confirmation, the info that I was able to find stated that it might be a few days before your info is accessible on the app. Long story short after being in the car dealership for hours test driving and finding the perfect vehicle, all we needed to do after getting approved was to get insurance coverage, folks it took another couple of hours and phone calls from the salesman and the sales manager to finally get someone on the phone. After they spoke with this lady for another 30+ mins trying to locate a policy, she explained that she couldn’t find one and we had to wait till Monday to call the agent. Well we now have Geico which the sales manager was able to get with a policy and cards in less than 30 mins. Jake from State Farm comercials would be ashamed. State Farm! What a joke."
