He was on point with ever question I threw at him, I never told him what I was paying with progressive. He came back with a lower rate and the renewal down payment was lower too. At the end of our conversation he assisted me with canceling my policy with progressive and starting a new policy with State Farm. I guess all I can say is, a round of applause & a job well done.. This man needs to be a trainer or something. Just remember state farm management team.
