"Wow! What a deceptive set of people. I canceled my insurance, send all documentation request requested back on the 15th . They send me a renewal in which I did not signed however, the following month they withdraw the insurance from my account even with the knowledge that I have new insurance now refusing to refund me I have requested repeatedly documentation in which I still have not received, nor can they explained the payment they have taken from my account so I am paying for two for insurance from two companies at the same time, the month is still not even finished, but yet I am paying State Farm for insurance. They have not provided, and these people have stolen and refuse to respond or show proof. Please whatever you do do not do business with this office."
