"I am glad that this agency receives so many excellent reviews. We have a very bad experience that the agency cashed in our check but didn't enter the payment into their internal system properly. They seem to have sent a "notification" by regular USPS and are surprised it didn't arrive. You cannot argue against a wall: bank proof of our cashed check against their internal system error.....
